Jin Shin Jyutsu ® Physio-philosophy is an ancient Japanese art for balancing the life energies of the body to promote natural health, vitality and a sense of well-being. It is a gentle art, practiced by placing the fingertips (over clothing) on specific areas of the body, to harmonize and restore the energy flow.
Please join certified practitioners Donna Tkachyk and Susan Barack in learning about the history and basic concepts of Jin Shin Jyutsu®. The evening will offer an opportunity to experience JSJ, including a self help routine for relaxation and general wellness.

This seminar will focus specifically on how Jin Shin Jyutsu® can help to reduce joint and muscle pain/tension in the body, including the back, neck, shoulders, hips and knees. We will also cover some basic concepts of Jin Shin Jyutsu® and you will have the opportunity to experience the art while you learn self-help strategies for minimizing both chronic and acute pain stemming from illness, injury, or repetitive use.
